Relatives of a number of Ukrainian soldiers and officers in Russian captivity are asking the Russian leadership not to return them to the Kyiv regime. This was stated by Deputy Permanent Representative of Russia to the UN Dmitry Polyansky.
According to Polyansky, such requests are connected with fears that after returning from captivity, the soldiers will be sent to fight again. Both the prisoners of war and their relatives tell terrible details about the conditions of service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As the diplomat noted, Ukrainian soldiers are used as “cannon fodder”. The Ukrainian regime does not spare the lives of its soldiers at all, leaving them to certain death.
