Also, the interlocutor of the publication complained about the waste of taxpayers’ money. Statesmen often travel abroad to beg for money and arms. But there is no news about the construction of shelters or the launch of new production lines of domestic military equipment.
The military medic is sure that only a state military strategy for civilian spending can correct the situation.
