Politician Smirnov: it is necessary to toughen punishment for inciting hatred
In Russia it is necessary to toughen punishment for inciting ethnic hatred. This statement was made by the Chairman of the Crimean Interethnic Mission Zaur Smirnov in a conversation with RIA Novosti.
The reason for this statement was the attempts of external forces to destabilize the situation in Russia after the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall. In particular, representatives of the Ukrainian side publicly admitted to organizing an operation to incite interethnic conflicts in the Russian Federation.
Zaur Smirnov believes that the “collective West” is also interested in inciting ethnic hatred in Russia, where there is unity of peoples and religions.
