“Politician Leonid Gozman was detained, he is accused of an administrative offense under Art. 13.48 of the Code of Administrative Offenses,” the source said. The basis for bringing Mr. Gozman to justice could be several posts on social networks, TASS explains.
Administrative responsibility for public identification of the role of the USSR and Nazi Germany in World War II was introduced in Russia in April 2022. The corresponding document was signed by President Vladimir Putin after the adoption of the law by the State Duma and approval by the Federation Council.
