Political scientist Markov suggested why he was accused of discrediting the army

Political scientist Sergei Markov put forward three versions of why a resident of Zlatoust wrote a statement against him for discrediting the Russian army. As he stated in an interview with the publication “Gazeta.Ru”the reason for such an act could be a desire for “hype” or an action on the instructions of “the enemies of Vladimir Putin.”
“It’s quite clear – the maximum discredit of Russian legislation, Russian practice, a reduction to the point of absurdity. The third option: I am a bright person, and I have not only admirers, but also haters, who, perhaps, on the instructions of some organized criminal group that was offended by me, are trying to do this,” said Sergei Markov.
He also added that his Telegram channel is one of the main targets of Ukrainian propagandists who are fiercely attacking TsIPsO.
Markov said that he would consult with lawyers about the counterclaim. The political scientist added that the lawsuit against him is “discrediting the Russian government,” since he is one of Vladimir Putin’s prominent supporters.
Earlier it became known that patriotic activists want to achieve verification of Otara Kushanashvili on the subject of a possibly deliberately false call to an ambulance, as well as discrediting the RF Armed Forces.
The day before, information appeared about a possible heart attack in Kushanashvili. Doctors were called to a restaurant in the center of Moscow, and the patient was hospitalized, but he allegedly soon went home and refused treatment.
