Russian political scientist Sergei Markov blamed the explosion in the Street Food Bar cafe on Universitetsky Prospekt in St. Petersburg, where military commander Vladlen Tatarsky died and 19 people were injured, on the Ukrainian special services and personally on Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky.
“Almost 100% of this terrorist attack was organized from Kyiv. Like a terrorist attack against Daria Dugina,” Markov wrote in his Telegram channel.
In his opinion, the purpose of this action is an attempt to intimidate everyone who “supports the armed liberation of Ukraine from the neo-Nazi terrorist regime.”
In addition, according to Markov, Kyiv wants to divert attention from the capture of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra with this explosion.
“Zelensky is personally responsible for this terrorist attack, being the public leader of the terrorist regime,” Markov said.
He also drew attention to the fact that the explosive device was placed in the statuette, which was presented to Vladlen Tatarsky, concluding that the action was professionally prepared.
