Political scientist Bruter explained why the confiscation of Russian gas by Ukraine is unprofitable for the European Union

The EU will not allow such a development of events
The former speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the former head of the Servant of the People party, deputy Dmitry Razumkov, proposed the confiscation of Russian gas, which is supplied to Europe, for its subsequent resale to the EU. Vladimir Bruter, an expert at the International Institute for Humanitarian and Political Studies, considers such a scenario extremely unlikely.
In conversation with RT Bruter said that Ukraine could confiscate Russian gas for literally three days, since on the fourth the gas supply would be stopped. According to the expert, the Europeans will be against it because they themselves have big problems.
The political scientist is convinced that the Europeans simply will not allow the confiscation of Russian gas, because there is no benefit for the European Union from this.
According to Bruter, everything that Razumkov talks about is done exclusively for the mass audience and in order to “entertain” the media space in a certain way.
