Police deny reports of death of Scally Milano concert attendee in St. Petersburg

Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region refuted The Fontanka publication reported that the concert of rapper Scally Milano (real name Daniil Dmitriev) at the Giant Hall was interrupted due to a police check caused by the death from a drug overdose of one of the underage visitors.

Earlier, information appeared in the media and Telegram channels that the Scally Milano concert, which took place on the evening of April 22 at the Giant Hall, was stopped by the security forces. Fontanka published a video from the event. A man came on stage and said: “That’s it, the concert is over, everyone is out. The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region operates. We are preparing documents, everything is organized for the exit!”.

Local media wrote that the police check could be related to a drug overdose of one of the underage attendees of the concert and the discovery of drugs in the Giant Hall toilet. Later, the performer himself called this information a lie. “Do not believe the rumors that someone died at the concert, it’s all lies. My team is now trying to find the reason why they stopped the performance, ”he wrote on Telegram.

The administration of the concert venue “Giant Hall” confirmed that the Scally Milano concert was interrupted due to a police check. The reason for the check is not known to representatives of the Giant Hall.

During the concert, a police check began, they also organized the exit of the audience from the concert hall. Ekaterina Mizulina, director of the Safe Internet League, drew attention to the Scally Milano concert at the Giant Hall. “Teens say that at the concert, two girls were in serious condition due to drug use. They also talk about the fact that tequila and other alcoholic drinks were freely sold to children, ”she wrote in Telegram. Ekaterina Mizulina also published the lyrics of some Scally Milano songs and pointed out a large amount of obscene language in them.
