Law enforcement officers arrived at Crocus City Hall five minutes after information about the shooting was received at the duty station. This was reported by official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Irina Volk. Previously Telegram channel Baza published a video that allegedly showed a security guard with a dog leaving the scene of the terrorist attack immediately after the shooting began.

“The man in camouflage uniform with a dog, captured on video, has no relation to the internal affairs bodies,”— wrote Irina Volk. “We officially declare that after joining the duty station of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city. Krasnogorsk information about the shooting, the police arrived at the scene within 5 minutes,” added Ms. Volk. She did not say the exact time when the call came to the control panel.

This evening a preventive measure is expected to be chosen for four detainees on suspicion of committing a terrorist attack. According to the latest data, 137 people died, including 3 children. Only 62 people have been identified so far. Dismantling the rubble of the burnt concert hall continues. 182 people were injured.
