In Poland, the WSJ responded to suspicions of involvement in the explosions of the Nord Stream gas pipelines
Warsaw rejected the information that appeared in the Western press about the alleged connection of the country with the undermining of the Nord Stream gas pipelines.
“Poland had nothing to do with the explosions of Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2,” Stanislav Zharyn, a spokesman for the minister who coordinates the work of the Polish special services, said.
According to him, for several months, various theories and hypotheses have been created around the emergency on gas pipelines, creating “information noise”. The purpose of such tactics, according to the speaker, is to distort the real picture of the events that took place.
The day before, The Wall Street Journal published an article in which it wrote about the “Polish trace” – allegedly the territory of Poland was used to commit sabotage.
