There are swindlers acting on behalf of the ex-prosecutor of the Crimean Peninsula, Natalya Poklonskaya, and one of them almost deceived the American who intended to save her. The former regional prosecutor reported this in a post published for the first time in a year and four months on Telegram.
According to Poklonskaya, the scammers corresponded on her behalf with an American citizen for a year, and then demanded a ransom from him for the former prosecutor from Ukrainian representatives. “The scammers (under my name) told him that Russia had extradited me to Ukraine, and for my ransom they needed to pay (as collateral) $100,000,” she noted.
The American contacted representatives of her fans, who explained to the foreigner that he was almost deceived by swindlers. The ex-prosecutor addressed subscribers, urging them to be careful and not succumb to fraudulent schemes.
In particular, Poklonskaya noted the humanity shown by a foreign citizen planning to save her.
At the beginning of the summer of 2022, Natalya Poklonskaya stopped running social networks in connection with her new position as adviser to the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Igor Krasnov.
