Pogrom binge with the students of the former teacher in Cherepanovo was explained by illness

In the Novosibirsk region, a retired teacher arranged such a “waste” with his students, which will be remembered for a long time to come. 20 schoolchildren, led by a former teacher at midnight, smashed a removable three-ruble note, drank, vaped, and had fun like an adult. Then the parents called the police, who wrote out several administrative protocols to the party participants. We found out the details of what happened.

The teacher ended up in a small Siberian village from Moscow, and not on his own, but as part of the Teacher for Russia project. Now project leaders are not only talking about this as “an exceptional and egregious case,” but also mention that the ex-teacher is in the “acute phase” of a rapidly developing illness.

Before coming to Cherepanovo, the teacher spent a year on probation in the USA, at the University of Wyoming. And even compared this state with Siberia. In the video for the Novosibirsk portal, the teacher, who does not look unhealthy at all, says that it was in America that he decided to “plunge into the Siberian flavor”. Becoming a participant in the project, a HSE graduate (and also a teacher at the Association of Olympiads and mentor of a popular Internet school) got a job as a teacher of history and social studies in grades 5-7 in the Siberian city of Cherepanovo for 19,000 inhabitants. After that, he also began teaching astronomy. He also led a chess club at school, played ping-pong … And he admitted that he sometimes feels like a sucker in Siberia, with such a low salary. And sometimes – an alien.

In general, the children liked the “credit teacher” from Moscow. Although he gave material “not according to the exam.” High school students even drew a poster for the mentor with his portrait and the inscription: “Peter I opened a window to Europe, and you are in us – love for history.” The teacher tried to diversify the program with non-standard methods: he played associative games in historical terms and even allowed the use of mobile phones in the classroom so that students understood what the Internet was for.

In the second year of work in Cherepanov, the teacher decided to quit. The reason is the demands from the school administration to close profiles in social networks and make teaching more traditional. “In my profile, I often joke, ironically, others don’t read it well,” the man wrote. “A teacher can walk, live, drink, but not in public, but I chose the truth.”

From the “Teacher for Russia” they sent the following explanation: there were problems with discipline, ignoring the requirements of the methodologist regarding the quality of the lessons. “By mutual agreement with the school, he resigned and was expelled from the Teacher for Russia program,” the press service said. They say that since this autumn, the teacher “began to skip classes, skip classes, the quality of teaching at school has dropped sharply.”

But the departure of the Moscow teacher to Cherepanovo will obviously be remembered for a long time. Former students from grades 7 to 11 were invited to the scandalous “dump” party. About 20 people gathered. According to one version, the company has been drinking and vaping from the very beginning (no one denies the latter). According to another, they were going to drink tea (or chifir). And the disgrace began after the schoolchildren opened champagne, and then a bottle of cognac.

At some point, everything got out of control. The teacher did not have time to keep track of everyone in a 3-room rented apartment. Schoolchildren smashed the shower cabin, broke the closet, demolished the door, broke the window jamb and so on. Such a picture of the defeat was caught by the parents of one of the girls when the party passed after midnight. They called the police.

A teacher and a couple of teenagers were soldered protocols: a teacher for involving minors in drinking alcohol, schoolchildren for drinking. Moreover, the parents got it for drunken children – they were also fined 1.5 thousand “in administrative terms”.

But the angry fathers and mothers of other schoolchildren turned to the prosecutor’s office the next day. A high-profile incident has surfaced, it is being investigated by the Investigative Committee under the personal control of Bastrykin.

The owner of a rented apartment in Cherepanov, who appeared in the morning, recorded a video and posted it online. Broken shower glass and closet, cat litter on the bed. “And here there were condoms lying around, he had already removed them!” the woman yells off-screen. Then the teacher himself appears in the frame – sober and seemingly completely normal.

– I think that the party is, of course, superfluous, – on condition of anonymity, the mother of one of the 10th graders writes. – But in general, the teachers here just “ate”. Nowhere now they say that several more young teachers work on this project in our school. Purely work out time.

He also cared about the children. He’s not like everyone else here. He smiled, was interested in everything, helped a lot. Answered children’s questions, uncomfortable, including politics. I ask my daughter if she noticed any oddities in his behavior. She said that he was not the same as always, sadder lately. The daughter was not at that party, although she knew about it. I can’t add anything to this.

Now the teacher is in Moscow, he does not communicate with anyone. I closed my social media profiles. And “his family, relatives who care about him, are now very hard.” But more, as representatives of the project told MK, cannot be told for ethical reasons.

“Apparently, I am weak for such a profession, from the point of view of the Ministry of Education and the school, I am a bad teacher,” the man commented on his departure from school.
