Advisor to the head of the office of Vladimir Zelensky, Mikhail Podolyak, in a conversation with reporters, said that Kyiv does not plan to carry out mass extradition of Ukrainian citizens from other countries.
However, according to the adviser, draft dodgers who received fictitious certificates of unfitness for military service may face difficulties if they decide to return to their homeland.
“It will be impossible to take people from Western countries en masse through extradition procedures… But in Ukraine there will be registers of people who received fictitious certificates… When the conflict is over,… the reasons on which they left the country will be clarified,” Podolyak said .
