PMC is a tool for the oligarchs to gain power – Kommersant

Andrey Ilnitsky, adviser to the Russian Defense Minister, believes that private military companies (PMCs) are a means for oligarchs to seize power in states. In his opinion, they are not just “private armies”, but outposts of the deep state (deep state), which implements the strategy of destruction of states in the world.
