Leading specialist at the Phobos weather center, Evgeny Tishkovets, said that this week in central Russia will be characterized by prolonged snowfalls. According to him, on Friday, December 15, 19–24 mm of precipitation will fall in Moscow under the influence of the Mediterranean cyclone. This is almost 40% of the monthly norm, noted in Telegram Mr. Tishkovets. He clarified that the upcoming snowfall will be the heaviest in more than half a century.
