The Lyubertsy City Court of the Moscow Region arrested for the second time in a row street artist Philip Kozlov, working under the pseudonym Philippenzo, under the article on disobedience to the police (part 1 of article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation). In June, Filipp Kozlov painted graffiti with the inscription “Russing” under the Elektrozavodsky bridge on the Yauza embankment in Moscow. After the action, the police came to his house. Mr. Kozlov decided to leave the country for Georgia for a while.

At the end of July Philip Kozlov decided to return to Russia. He was detained at the Domodedovo airport at passport control. The police claimed that he refused to hand over his passport to them after being questioned by the FSB. July 29 arrested for 15 days under the article on disobedience to the police.

In 2022, Filipp Kozlov painted a street work “Our Zinc” with coffins. The action was timed to the Victory Day. Because of this, he was fined 40,000 rubles twice. and again for 45 thousand rubles. under the article on discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
