Peskov: Zelensky increases the degree of eloquence due to lack of success

President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky has to increase the degree of his eloquence in order to convince the country’s “donors” of possible military successes. However, it will not be possible to defeat Russia on the battlefield. This was stated by the press secretary of the head of state Dmitry Peskov during a regular briefing.

“Their previous promises did not come true. Donors get excited and begin to vibrate. Accordingly, Zelensky has no choice but to increase the degree of his eloquence in order to convince them that these successes will happen,” Peskov explained.

The Kremlin spokesman stressed that it is time for the Ukrainian side to understand that it will not be able to defeat Russia on the battlefield. Only after this can the prerequisites arise for resolving the situation through political and diplomatic means. At the moment, in the absence of such prerequisites, Russia continues its special operation in Ukraine.

November 8 Zelensky stated at a Reuters conference that Ukraine has a plan to continue fighting against Russian troops, despite difficulties with the ongoing counter-offensive and Western leaders preoccupied with conflict in the Middle East. He promises to “show results this year.”
