Peskov warned of attacks on the election campaign in Russia

Kremlin official Dmitry Peskov is confident that the election campaign will be the target of attacks from outside, but the Russian side has already learned to defend itself.

Earlier, Vladimir Putin announced his participation in the country’s presidential elections, which will be held in March 2024. He made this statement on Friday, December 8, at a meeting with military and civilians who distinguished themselves by their special courage and heroism during the special operation.

The Federation Council approved the date for the election of the country’s leader on March 17, 2024. The Central Election Commission decided that voting will take place over several days – March 15, 16 and 17.
