Today, December 1, RBC and Kommersant sources reportedthat the general director of the National Lottery, Mikhail Volkov, will head the Russian Post instead of Maxim Akimov. The directive on his appointment was signed by Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Grigorenko, who oversees the work of the Russian Post.
