Russia has always been guided by its own interests and common sense and has never followed someone else’s conditions in resolving the conflict in Ukraine. This was announced by the press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov.
“We never followed someone else’s conditions. They focused only on themselves. And common sense,” said Mr. Peskov, answering the question whether Russia is ready to start negotiations, given the conditions of Ukraine (quoted by RIA Novosti).
