Peskov responded to Ukraine’s claims to Crimea

Crimea is part of the Russian Federation and is an integral part of it, so any claims to the territory of the Russian Federation will be answered. This was reported to journalists by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, commenting on the words of Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine, about the supply of long-range missiles to Kyiv to strike at Russian territory.
“Crimea is an integral part of the Russian Federation, so any claims to Russian territory will receive a proper response,” said the press secretary of the Russian president.
At the same time, Peskov noted that the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics are independent states that were recognized by Russia and asked for help in ensuring their security.
It is worth noting that Podolyak recently published a text on his social media account in which he called on “inhabitants of the occupied territories,” including Crimea, to prepare for the “upcoming de-occupation” of the regions.
