The message of Russian President Vladimir Putin to the Federal Assembly will be announced before the end of the year, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said. He explained that the date of the event has not yet been determined.
“So far, we are planning until the end of the year … By the dates when there will be an exact understanding, we will report everything,” Mr. Peskov told TASS. Earlier, he clarified that the date of the appeal to members of parliament depends on the “dynamic” schedule of the president.
