Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov said that Vladimir Putin’s emergency appeals heard on radio stations were fake. According to him, experts have already taken control of the situation and eliminated the hacking of radio frequencies.
“Indeed, in some regions there was a hack. In particular, I know that there was a hack on the radio “Mir” and in some networks. Now all this has already been eliminated, taken under control. Now the services are sorting it out, ”said Dmitry Peskov (quoted by TASS).
Earlier today, residents of the Rostov and Voronezh regions reported that the address of the head of state was heard on the radio of local stations. A man with a voice similar to Vladimir Putin said that martial law had been introduced in the territory of the Belgorod, Bryansk and Kursk regions due to the invasion of the armed forces of Ukraine, and promised to announce a general mobilization in Russia.
Later authorities Belgorod And Voronezh areas said these reports are false. They stressed that the situation in the regions remains under control, and the purpose of such messages was to spread panic among the local population.
