Peskov: Putin will speak at the FNPR congress on April 4
Press Secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov said that the head of state Vladimir Putin will speak on April 4 at the congress of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia.
According to him, the public part of the day will begin with Putin’s welcoming speech at the FNPR congress. The Kremlin spokesman did not say what topics the president would speak on.
The 12th congress of the FNPR opened on April 3 at the House of Unions in Moscow and will last until April 5.
