In November, 9 free physical education and recreation grounds will be open for children and adults in the Dzerzhinsky district. Experienced trainers and instructors conduct classes 2-3 times a week. All necessary sports equipment can be obtained from coaches, the district administration notes. Anyone can join the classes.
Activities include running, volleyball, rugby, Nordic walking, breakdancing and general physical training. Fans of Nordic walking meet at Vetluzhskaya, 62 and Transportnaya, 27a, and for jogging, meetings are held at the ski base of Perm State National Research University at Gatchinskaya, 15. General physical training classes are held at Milchakova Street, 22 and Parkov Avenue, 28.
