Perm is preparing for the ski sprint

Solemn opening ceremony of the ski sprint “Yolki. The Permian Period” will be held on March 4 at 10:30 in the Garden named after the 250th anniversary of Perm. 700 skiers will take part in the sprint.
Special parking spaces for the participants of the competitions are not provided, warn the Committee for Physical Culture and Sports of the Perm Administration. The number of parking spaces at the Perm II railway station is limited, so participants and fans are advised to park in the nearest parking pockets at Petropavlovskaya, Lenina, Ekaterininskaya and Lunacharsky.
Recall that the ski sprint “Yolki. Permian period” will be held among men and women of five age categories: born in 2009 and younger, born in 2008-2007, born in 2006-2005, born in 2004-2003, born in 2002 and older. Participants were offered distances: 0.8 km, 1.2 km and 1.6 km; also in the competition program is a mixed relay: four people 1.2 km each (two women and two men born in 2001 and older).
