Deputy of the Perm City Duma Sergei Zakharov will be expelled from the United Russia faction. As explained in the regional branch of the party, such a decision was made in connection with reports that appeared in the media that Mr. Zakharov had moved to Germany and “has spoken negatively about the decisions of the Russian authorities regarding the implementation of the SVO.”
“His actions demonstrate complete isolation from the people who elected him. There will be no way back for our “colleague,” said Vyacheslav Grigoriev, secretary of the United Russia regional branch.
The fact that Sergei Zakharov is in Germany, informed the Permian Telegram channel Rumors of Our Town, which noticed that the deputy makes posts from there on Instagram (owned by Meta, a recognized extremist organization and banned in the Russian Federation), in which he criticizes the Russian special operation in Ukraine.
