In Chelyabinsk, unidentified people in military uniforms with Z-shaped patches began, together with controllers, to identify stowaways on buses.
Press service of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise “Traffic Organization Service” of Chelyabinsk statedthat on September 6, a “raid to control fares” was carried out on flights, while the controllers worked “together with the Voluntary People’s Brigade.”
According to released footage of the raid, each controller on the bus was accompanied by one or two men in camouflage. At the same time, some members of the said “Voluntary people’s squad” preferred to hide their faces under balaclavas.
“Cooperation with DND is planned on an ongoing basis,” the MUP warned.
