Penza won bronze in the marathon distance at the international competition

As part of the International Marathon “White Nights”, which took place in St. Petersburg, an athlete from the Penza region Alexei Troshkin won a bronze medal in the marathon distance.
The Penza athlete ran 42.195 km in 2 hours, 15 minutes and 57 seconds.
More than 3,000 athletics enthusiasts took to the start of the marathon, and the competition was very high.
In total, more than 10 thousand people took part in the competition.
Alexey Troshkin is the master of sports of Russia in athletics. He is known for his successful performance in various international marathons. In 2018, the athlete won bronze at the Moscow International Marathon, and in 2019 he won the Tomsk International Marathon.
