Penza hosted a master class on arm wrestling among people with disabilities

In Penza, on August 5, 2023, an arm wrestling master class for athletes with disabilities was held, which was conducted by Vladimir Grushin, Master of Sports of Russia and President of the Armwrestling Federation of the Penza Region.
The event was also attended by the silver medalist of the Russian Championship Alexander Grushin and the champion of Russia Savva Dobrov.
The master class was held in the gym of the Center for Culture and Leisure.
More than 30 participants got acquainted with the basics of arm wrestling, studied various techniques and received individual advice on how to perform exercises.
