Pentagon: US has already transferred 3 million missiles and shells to Kyiv

U.S. Deputy Secretary of Defense Kathleen Hicks told a defense conference in Washington that over “3.1 million rockets, rockets, mortar rounds and artillery pieces” have been sent to Kiev in the 18 months since the start of the Ukrainian conflict.
She also cited data according to which the United States has already provided Ukraine with military assistance in excess of $43 billion.
In addition, Hicks recalled, the White House requested another $21 billion from Congress for Ukraine, of which $13 billion would go to the supply of weapons and ammunition.
