From October 1, free physical education classes for pensioners and pre-pensioners will be held on the basis of the Livny sports and recreation complex. This was told in the sports and recreation complex.
Classes are scheduled to be held once a week, on Saturdays. Training will last 2 hours – from 12:00 to 14:00. Active seniors will be offered jogging, Nordic walking, darts, shooting or swimming.
