The Secretary of the Security Council believes that all the events taking place now in Ukraine are the result of the long preparation of the United States for a hybrid war against Russia, as well as an attempt to prevent the formation of a multipolar world. Patrushev said that the West, “using the Nazi puppet Kyiv regime”, is conducting a “campaign against Russia.”
