Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Rus’, during a sermon after the Divine Liturgy in the Church of Prince Vladimir on the Volokolamsk Highway in Moscow, stated that the common enemy of the united people of Holy Rus’ plotted his intrigues in such a way that one part of the people became the enemy of another and it came to military clashes.
According to him, those who have always fought against Orthodox Russia do not leave room for dividing and destroying it. At the same time, division is also taking place in the church body, the Primate of the Russian Orthodox Church noted, mentioning the schismatic Orthodox Church of Ukraine.
“The company of these blasphemous, masked schismatics of the OCU, who do not perform the sacraments, will face the terrible judgment of God,” the patriarch said, adding that God’s judgment and God’s mercy will again help strengthen the Orthodox faith, including on the Ukrainian land close to us.
