From January 2, the Moscow high-speed diameter became paid for transit cars. To drive on it, you need to pay 950 rubles. You can pay for the fare either through the website or through the Parking of Russia application.
The fare will be paid only by drivers of transit cars with numbers from other regions, who will use any entrance to and exit from the MSD within 2 hours and cross the borders of the Central Ring Road within 24 hours. Drivers will be monitored by CCTV cameras.
All passenger cars with numbers of Moscow and the region, ground public transport with numbers of Moscow and the region, taxis licensed to work in Moscow and the region, as well as intercity buses will be able to travel free of charge on the MSD. The transit of freight vehicles without a permit is prohibited.
The Moscow high-speed diameter connects the largest outbound highways: Dmitrovskoye, Altufevskoye, Yaroslavskoye, Shchelkovskoye, Kashirskoye and Varshavskoye highways, Ryazansky and Volgogradsky prospects, as well as the Entuziastov highway. The highway passes not only through the capital, but also goes beyond it.
