Pasechnik canceled the curfew in the LNR during the holidays

Acting head of the Luhansk People’s Republic Leonid Pasechnik signed a decree on the abolition of the curfew from January 1 to January 6, 2023 in a number of cities and districts of the region. The decree was published on the official website head of the LPR.
The decree states that the curfew remains in Lisichansk, Pervomaisk, Rubezhnoye and Severodonetsk, as well as in the Kremensky, Svatovsky and Troitsky regions of the LPR.
The curfew on the territory of the LPR was first introduced in 2014 in connection with the outbreak of an armed conflict with Kyiv. On October 1, 2021, it was cancelled. On February 1, 2022, the curfew was reinstated.
