The authorities of the Crimea began to draw up orders on the provision of land plots on the Black Sea coast to participants in a special military operation in Ukraine, Kommersant was told in the government of the region.
According to officials, 511 plots with a total area of 56 hectares in the Lesnovsky rural settlement of the Saki district of the peninsula are already ready for issuance. For the same purposes, 165 additional land plots were formed in the Molochnensky rural settlement on the western coast of Crimea.
Experts also note that communications to the sites will be provided at the expense of the republic’s budget.
Recall, at the end of 2022, the State Council of Crimea adopted a law according to which land plots will be provided free of charge to local participants in a special military operation. In addition, changes have been made to regional legislation that expand the list of privileged categories of citizens who have the right to provide plots.
