The department added that young people will be prosecuted under articles on petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation) and deliberate violation of requirements in the field of transport safety (Article 11.15.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).
