Parliamentarians proposed to pay compensation to all organizers of the GIA

Now only teachers receive money for certification

To equalize the rights with teachers of all specialists who take part in the preparation and conduct of the state final certification (GIA), the parliamentarians of the Vologda Oblast propose. On Thursday, February 16, the Legislative Assembly of the region submitted a relevant bill to the State Duma.

Recall that the state final certification is an examination of three types: the main state exam after the 9th grade, the unified state exam after the eleventh grade, and the state final exam. The last type of certification is provided for graduates of the ninth and eleventh grades of special educational institutions of a closed type, as well as those who receive secondary vocational education in places of deprivation of liberty.

Currently, teachers who participate in the conduct of the GIA are paid compensation for their work in preparing and conducting it. At the same time, the circle of specialists who organize the examination is not limited to teachers: employees of engineering, technical, administrative, production, educational and auxiliary, medical and other departments of educational organizations are involved in the work.

Legislators note that with the equal value of labor and equal responsibility for participation in the organization of the GIA (administrative responsibility is provided for violation of the procedure for conducting attestation) of both pedagogical and all other employees, only teachers are entitled to guarantees and compensations. Parliamentarians believe that this is unfair and propose to extend compensation to all those involved.
