Pardoned ex-investigator Kramarenko left for the Northern Military District zone

The former head of the Russian Investigative Committee for the Central Administrative District of Moscow, Alexey Kramarenko, who was released from the colony, went to the North Military District zone, signing a contract with the Ministry of Defense.
Information about his participation in a special military operation in Ukraine was provided by representatives of law enforcement agencies.
According to the TASS agency interlocutor, Kramarenko’s contract runs until the end of this year, after which a decision will be made on its extension or dismissal from military service.
The former head of the Russian Investigative Committee was pardoned after being convicted of a $1 million bribe from crime boss Zakhary Kalashov, known as Shakro Molodoy.
Previously, the court issued a verdict in which Kramarenko was sentenced to 10 years of strict regime in the framework of the case of accepting bribes from Kalashov and other persons. Along with him, former high-ranking employees of the RF Investigative Committee for Moscow were convicted, including the head of the internal security department, Mikhail Maksimenko. The court found them guilty of receiving large bribes for assistance in the release of crime boss Andrei Kochuykov.
