Republican athletes continue to replenish the treasury of awards at the Summer Games.
According to the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Tourism of the DPR, the treasury of awards of the Republican Paralympic athletes at the Summer Games “We are together. Sport” in Sochi was replenished with two medals.
Alexander Belobokov won the gold medal in the shot put, and Dmitry Ignatenko won the bronze medal in the 50m backstroke.
The next competitions for Paralympic athletes from the DPR will be wheelchair fencing, chess and checkers.
