Pamfilova: orders to spoil ballots came from Ukraine and some EU countries

The head of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation, Ella Pamfilova, is sure that instructions to spoil ballots in the Russian presidential elections came from Ukraine and some European countries.

Calls with instructions to spoil ballots come from call centers located in Ukraine and some European countries, the head of the Central Election Commission said at a briefing at the information center.

Earlier, Pamfilova said that those detained for damaging ballot boxes at polling stations admitted that they did it for money from abroad; they allegedly did not know about criminal liability. So, one of the detainees was promised 100 thousand rubles for this. Pamfilova is confident that our country will cope with provocations in the Russian presidential elections, which are being prepared from abroad.

Previously she revealed statistics for spoiled ballots due to spilled liquids and attempted arson.
