The overhaul of the factory panels of the facade was carried out using a new technology – using polymer-cement mixtures on reinforcing meshes.

A comprehensive overhaul of residential building No. 19 on Pulkovskaya Street in the Golovinsky District of Moscow was completed. In the nine-story building of 1972, they replaced internal engineering systems, repaired the roof, basement and put in order the facade.

“Much attention was paid to restoring the appearance of house No. 19 on Pulkovskaya Street, which was originally finished with small-sized tiles. Moscow has developed a standard for the overhaul of such facades according to moderntechnologies with the use of polymer-cement mixtures on reinforcing meshes. It allows not only to create a new aesthetic portrait of the house, but also to make it truly energy efficient.. Its importance cannot be underestimated. Houses lined with small-sized tiles are very common in the capital, and the difficulty is that the panels of their facades are made in the factory and, in fact, are not suitable for repair. The technology of applying polymer-cement mixtures on reinforcing meshes allows you to give such objects a real second life.“, – said Vladimir Kozhichenkov, Deputy General Director of the FKR Moscow.

Before starting work on the restoration of the facade, the walls of the house were cleaned of dirt, the workers beat off the baying tiles and repaired the cracks. Then applied to the surface adhesive compositions with reinforcing mesh and decorative plaster. The seams between the panels were carefully cleaned and sealed with reliable heat-insulating materials.

Then the facade was painted.

“It is important to note that this facade overhaul technology makes it possible to implement bright color solutions due to the high quality of paints,” the press service of the Moscow Capital Overhaul Fund emphasized.

As part of the overhaul, new plastic windows were installed in the entrances, which significantly improved energy efficiency indicators residential building.

Upon completion of the main complex of works, the basement of the building was put in order and a new blind area was installed.

The Moscow Capital Improvement Program is one of the largest housing modernization projects not only in Russia, but in the world. The program includes more than 28,500 houses with a total area of ​​more than 275 million square meters. m, in which repairs are planned for more than 355 thousanda cell of engineering systems and structural elements of buildings and the replacement of more than 112 thousand elevators.

To clarify the timing and types of work under the overhaul program, so-called short-term implementation plans are drawn up. For 2021-2023, such a plan has already been approved. In nego entered 4437 houses of the capital with a total area of ​​34.2 million square meters. In 2023, repairs will begin in 2.3 thousand houses.
