Over 40 NATO military missions hit in Kosovo

During the clashes in Kosovo, 41 members of the NATO-led International Security Forces (KFOR) were injured. This was announced on Monday, May 29, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Italy.
The head of the Foreign Ministry, Antoni Tajani, specified that the military were injured during clashes with Serbian demonstrators and the Kosovo police. Three people are in a serious condition, although their lives are not in danger.
Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said the day before that the situation in Kosovo and Metohija was escalating, and the head of the region’s authorities, Albin Kurti trying to become “local Vladimir Zelensky”. Hundreds of Serbs living here gathered in front of local government buildings in the north of the province demanding the removal of Kosovo police officers and the recall of Kosovo Albanian mayors.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov warned that a “big bang” is currently brewing in Europe. The politician emphasized that the Serbian people defends his rights in the north of the autonomous province of Kosovo, decisions in this situation will be made by the President of Serbia.
