Russian hockey player Alexander Ovechkin spoke about his performance at the start of the NHL regular championship. His words are quoted by the official website of the National Hockey League.
The Washington Capitals forward said that sometimes he just doesn’t have enough luck.
“I have a chance. There are just times when you need to look at yourself and think about what needs to be done differently. I believe that now is precisely the period of time when luck is not on my side,” Ovechkin noted.
Let us remind you that this season the Russian forward played in ten matches and scored eight points (2+6) using the “goal+pass” system. After ten matches of the NHL regular season, Washington is in 12th place in the Eastern Conference.
