Our football: FC Sevastopol won the CFS-2023 Super Cup

The match for the Super Cup of the Crimean Football Union was held at the Avangard stadium in Yalta. In an uncompromising struggle, the principal rivals came together – the current champion of the KFS Premier League – FC Sevastopol and the owner of the CFS Cup – FC Tavria (Simferopol).
In regular time, the teams did not reveal the winner, exchanging goals. Oleg Solovich from Sevastopol opened the score in the 44th minute of the match, and only at the very end (in the 90th minute!) Tavriya managed to win back thanks to the efforts of Remzi Ramazanov. The final score is 1:1.
The fate of the Super Cup was decided in a penalty shootout, and here the Sevastopol team looked much more convincing – 4:1.
Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev congratulated city team with this victory in his telegram channel and wished him success in the upcoming KFU Premier League championship starting on March 25.
After UEFA forbade Crimean teams from playing in the Russian championship, championships of the Crimean Football Union are held, in the highest division of which (Premier League) 8 teams from the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol participate.
