Registration is open for this year’s first tours of factories and factories in the capital. The new season of the “Open #Mosprom” project will begin on March 11 and will last until the 29th. During this time, participants will visit 20 industrial enterprises. “For the sixth year in a row, we have been conducting excursions to the city’s industrial enterprises as part of the “Open#Mosprom” project. It remains popular among residents and guests of the capital; today 15 million people have taken part in events of various formats,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy.
He clarified that over 2.6 thousand excursions and about 750 master classes have been organized over the entire period. In 2024, it is planned not to slow down. Tours will run for two weeks every month. Thus, over 130 excursions are planned for March at 21 Moscow production facilities, where high-tech products and everyday goods are manufactured.
This season’s program includes a visit to one of the oldest enterprises in the city – the Svoboda cosmetics factory. There, guests will be able to see how baby creams are made. At the Ralph Ringer shoe factory you will be able to see how leather boots are made, and at the Elteza plant you will be able to see how railway control systems are made. Various master classes will also be held for participants. They will use them to prepare confectionery products and even taste sweets fresh off the assembly line.
