The Skopinsky District Court of the Ryazan Region decided to release ex-head of the GUEBiPK of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Denis Sugrobov from the colony on parole. He spent the 12-year term in IK No. 3, after serving half, he received the right to early release.
