On the chest of Yevgeny Prigozhin noticed three stars

Entrepreneur Yevgeny Prigozhin, in a recent video that appeared on social networks, was seen with an object on his chest that looked like an award.
Judging by the footage, on the left side of his jacket, just above the side breast pocket, three stars are attached, each of which looks like an element of the Hero of Russia award. It is difficult to make out the colors of the ribbons in the blocks of stars on the frames.
At the end of June, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov commented on the information that appeared then in social networks about the alleged awarding of the title of Hero of Russia to Prigogine.
“We publish all open decrees,” Peskov answered the relevant question, without giving any other explanation.
