A draft law on a one-time payment of 300 thousand rubles to mobilized people has been submitted to the State Duma

Deputies from United Russia and the Communist Party prepared and submitted to the State Duma a bill on a one-time payment of 300,000 rubles for mobilized citizens. The bill was drafted, as noted in an explanatory notein order to create a system of state support measures for citizens of the Russian Federation called up for military service for mobilization in the Armed Forces of Russia.
In particular, the draft Federal Law proposes: – to establish for such citizens a one-time payment in the amount of 300,000 rubles; – exempt them from paying interest on mortgage and consumer loans for the period of their military service; – provide compensation for the cost of housing and utilities in the amount of 50%.
The bill also provides for other measures to support military personnel and their families.
The adoption of the federal law will require spending from the federal budget. The draft of the prepared Federal Law is supposed to be considered in the State Duma during the current autumn session.
